Our laser technician will use the specialized BBL® HEROic™ handpiece to deliver controlled pulses of broadband light across the target area. Most patients describe the sensation as warm and comfortable. Treatment typically lasts between 15 and 30 minutes, depending on the size of the area being addressed. No anesthesia is required, though a topical cooling gel may be applied for added comfort.

Recovery following a BBL® HEROic™ appointment is minimal, allowing patients to return to most activities immediately. You may notice mild redness resembling a sunburn that typically resolves within a few hours.
